Looking good

Some people look good looking ugly

May be in some parallel universe, people with their noses as wide as their mouth will be considered beautiful because in case their is shortage of air, their special noses will assure their survival - more like a desirable genetic trait.

Some people can't help looking good/beautiful. Even when they have been through a heavy downpour; after a stressful day; even after a good crying session, they still look good enough to eat.

On the other hand, some people have to make an effort to even look passable. Any attempt to be angry makes them something else.
